Fees For Non-freehold Property Transactions ***
Sale 1.5% of the sale value shall be on the purchaser account. 0.5% as local charges on the seller’s account.
Donation 0.125 % of the value of the gifted property
Transferring by way of heirship AED 1000
Settlement 0.125 % of the amount subject of testament.
Pledge 0.25% of the pledged debt.
Transfer of pledge 0.25% of the transferred debt.
Pledge lifting AED 1000 whatever the amount be.
Expansions of payment in pledge contract AED 1000 whatever the amount be.
Dividing among partners 0.25 % of the value of money THE subject of division.
Creation of Inter-Successor Endowment 0.1 % of the endowment value provided that the fee is not exceeding Dh. 1000.
Issuance of deed of title in lieu of lost one 800 Dhs
Issuance of a Map 100 Dhs
Immovable property estimation (evaluation) 2000 Dhs

*** As of Dubai's real estate law at the momemt, there is no stamp duty, legal fees on freehold property in Dubai - apart from a 1.5% land registry fee on completion. However, The new real state long awaited law may set initial registration fee on freehold properties payable to the Dubai Land and Property Department upon registration.
