Legends, also known as Arabian Legends and Legends-Dubailand, is a mixed-use entertainment development project being built in Dubailand. The AED 14 billion (US$ 3.8 billion) project will occupy 24.7 million square feet (2.3 million square meters) and will be located along Dubai's Emirates Road opposite to the Global Village and was conceived to be the single largest destination for family-oriented, leisure, and entertainment tourism in the Middle East.
Legends Dubai will comprise of three world-class, climate controlled indoor theme parks (Legends of Arabia, Legends of Nature, Legends of the World), residential developments (Living Legends), themed hotels (Legends Iconic Tower Hotel, Arabian Hotel, Caribbean Hotel, Medieval Hotel), 5 hotel apartments towers, a 9-hole golf course (Golfing Legends), entertainment and shopping area (Legends Leisure Complex), and business developments (Trade Legends containing 5 commercial towers).
Living Legends
Living Legends is the residential area of the Legends project and is being developed by Saudi-based Tanmiyat Investment Group, consisting of Arabian themed 500 villas and 12 residential towers. The villas will surround the golf course with 50 of them being 5-bedroom deluxe, 200 being 4-bedroom and 150 being 5-bedroom villas. The towers will consist of a total of 1,800 units as studio, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses, as well as being located between the villas and the entertainment and shopping area.
